My experience with BritParts has been top-notch. I ordered a fuel tank shield along with straps and got them in just a few days. Sadly, the tank arrived in two pieces instead of one. I called BritParts right away and was advised to snap some photos and send them to customer service for resolution. They got back to me quickly and let me know they would arrange for the faulty tank to be picked up and a new one sent out. All of this was done within three working days, and I’m really happy to have received the right replacement part without any fuss or delay. I’ll surely be going back to BritParts in the future.

I ordered a part and paid using my credit card. I asked if it could be sent to a different address, but they told me that since it was my first order, it had to go to my home. I made that request because I’m currently on holiday in Europe, and my friend was supposed to bring the part to me.
